i had a great stay for 3 nights and appreciated how close the hotel was to beautiful parks like Osterley Park and Hounslow Heath, which were perfect for weekend strolls with lovely landscapes to enjoy, with a quick walk to the tube station making it super easy to zip into central london for sightseeing, though my only suggestion is that the hotel should better communicate the parking rules to avoid confusion.

The hotel offers great accessibility, with Hounslow Central tube station just a 10-minute walk away. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and shops, including a Wetherspoon pub perfect for a solid meal.

Encountered some annoyances during the stay. the triple room was quite small, making it feel cramped—especially with a bunk bed that had a warning for ages 6 and above, which left my three-year-old to sleep in an unsuitable space. Additionally, the shower door wouldn’t close properly, and the leaking tap contributed to an unpleasant atmosphere that smelled as if the toilet had just been used.

The shower offered powerful water pressure, making it a standout feature during my stay. the room was uncomfortably warm, and the heating system was ineffective when I tried to adjust it. The absence of a kettle in the room was inconvenient. instead, I had to go to reception for hot water. Despite these issues, the location was excellent, just a short walk from the tube station and surrounded by various pubs and cafes.

I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of my room, along with the warm and welcoming staff who were always eager to assist. The location near Tesco was convenient for quick snacks and essentials, making my stay hassle-free.
